Looking for something to do for Valentine’s Day for lovers or friends? City Cruises is your top choice. Before you go to City Cruises Valentine’s Cruise
Make sure that you come on time. Once the ship sails it will not be docked or set to return until the end of the night. So, your welcome time is about 30 minutes. The sailing and experience are about 2 hours. You should make it a night. Come dressed to the nines. This is a beautiful ship equipped with enough food and drinks to help you enjoy your time. Parking is close by and is about $20 per car. I would also suggest that you take an Uber especially if you will be drinking.
You will be seated according to your reservation. Please have patience with your staff.
Packages to Consider for City Cruises
The basic package is about $130 per person. It includes a buffet dinner, music, live DJ, and view. Dress is cocktail attire however come with your absolute best. You can also add some extras. From roses, wine, and souvenir glass. I would highly suggest that you get the Romance package. It will include sparkling wine, roses, and flutes with a window seat. You want a window seat to see all the views. You get to see parts of Jersey and Philadelphia during your sailing.
Drink Packages with City Cruises
Add the Top Shelf package that gives you four drink tickets. This means you could split it between you and whomever you are with how you like. You can also add appetizers too. I highly suggest that you add these items before you board. Also, you can select a picture of your time before you get there. Again, all of this is much cheaper before you go.
The Fun and Experience
I went to the preview of this experience. Not sure what my husband has planned for our weekend. If there is no plan this would be perfect. From the time that we were on the ship until we left it was fun. From the optional line dancing to the food and hospitality. This is a highly recommended for again lovers and friends. This is why I think this would be a fun time for Galantine’s event too. The reason nothing is more special than having a glass of champagne or a strawberry lemon drop. While there my plus one was my girl Ashley of @ash_defoodie enjoyed catching up.
From our talks and multiple drink trips but responsible we really had fun. In addition, we ended the night with chocolate covered strawberries that are given at the end to sail back into the dock.
