I ordered the Shrimp salad and I must say that it was absolutely tailored for me and my oldest daughter. For instance I like my sauces on the side so that my lettuce isn’t soggy. Smash Burger with Fries
This is a great option for my burger lovers. Made fresh and never frozen patty my husband enjoyed this one especially. It has smoked bacon, American cheese, chipotle aioli, caramelized onion all on a Brioche bun. I live about 20 or so from the Fair Food Co and the particular day that I picked up the food traffic was heavy. It took me altogether 30 minutes to get home and all of the food was still hot. Let me also say even with me photographing the food, it held. That speaks volumes. They have other sandwiches such as chicken, sliders, and turkey burgers too.
Gourmet Kobe Beef Hot Dogs
This one was fun. My son saw it and made his claim to it right away. The Sinaloa Dog was made with gourmet Kobe beef with premium Hudson Brioche bun, pico de gallo and chipotle aioli. That sauce was good. I was surprised my son enjoyed it. You know kids will usually elect a plain hot dog or one with just simple ketchup. I took a small bite to try it and before I knew it he had inhaled it. That’s impressive that a 11 year old appreciated the taste of it. He raved about it for about a few minutes. So as a Mom I love to hear that.
Brooklyn Mac & Cheese
I wasn’t expecting but The Bava had Brooklyn Mac & Cheese in my order. Remember this ghost kitchen has many offerings. So if you are a Mac and cheese connoisseur you will absolutely love it. Anyone who knows my youngest child knows that if I allowed her to eat mac and cheese everyday she wouldn’t get tired of it in any form. They have 7 main Mac and cheese offerings 5 veggie mac and cheese, and 3 kids mac and cheese to offer. We had the Bed Stuy. There are many sizes to choose from. Inside was cheddar cheese, grilled chicken, hot sauce, and ranch sauce. It’s like a one stop meal all in one. The mac and cheese was super hot upon arrival and photographing it too. This mac and cheese got the hand of approval from everyone in my home. Sometimes a good portion of mac and cheese is a good choice no matter the time of day.
