Paris Las Vegas

When you think of Vegas the one that comes to your mind is a casino. Paris Las Vegas and Casino is not only fulfilling your casino needs but adding a little luxury to your life as well. When going to Vegas you really have to determine your reason for going. That will assist you in picking the hotel that works best for you. My husband choose Paris Las Vegas for the symbolism of the time we took our own trip to Paris about 3 years ago. Here is my review including the Pros and Cons of the trip.

Paris Las Vegas’ Location

Like most of the casinos on the strip the location is all that you need if you want to be in the heart of the Vegas city lights. We also attended the Usher Residency while there and its location was perfect for us. We liked that Paris Las Vegas like most had the right kind of vibe that we wanted. A lot of the people in the hotel were adults. The kids who were there were well mannered when we saw them. The security in the hotel was top notch. In order to get access to the rooms you had to show your hotel key at all times. Also it was near the mall, and other food locations as well. Many of the ones that my husband and I wanted to eat. My husband loves Panda Express and we were about 3 minute walk from there.

Checking In

When entering the hotel you will have to walk through the casino. There is smoking allowed on the casino floor and in most places in Vegas. That knowledge should be clear before you even go. There are many non smoking areas too. Our hotel room was on the non smoking floor/wing. They have kiosk that are available but to be honest it was hit or miss if they worked. We had to wait in line when we got there to see an attendant to check in. It wasn’t too bad but it depends on when you come in. Our flight (we took a red eye) got us in at around a little after midnight. By the time we got to the hotel it was a little after 1am. Still the line wasn’t as bad as I have seen for others. Pack a little patience.

Paris Las Vegas Pool

When my husband planned this trip it to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Although our anniversary is on August 2nd he wanted to bring romantic vibes. I also a pool side type of woman. I love sitting poolside catching a tan. Yes, I said tan. The pool inside the Paris Las Vegas had the cutest pool that was attached to the Eiffel Tower. If you have never been to Paris this is the best thing to it. It’s replica is very close to the real thing. While at the pool there are a few things to keep in mind.

Pools, Cabanas, or Day Beds

The pool is open daily from 10am-5pm. The line is rather long and starts to get busy even before the pool opens. We were there at the pool line at 945am and it was wrapped around the building. Do NOT panic. The line moves fast and there was more than enough space for all. The biggest thing that everyone wants is a pool chair. The pool chairs is free. Cabanas will run you about $500-600. The daybeds are about $125 dollars and I would highly suggest you order them ahead of time because they will sell out.

Paris Las Vegas

We had no problem getting a pool chair not one time we were there. We went to the pool at various times during our stay. When I say we were at the pool everyday I truly mean it. I had a different fit for the pool. Paris Las Vegas pool is a complete experience. There are plenty of drinks to be had. We had the best pool server/waitress and her name was Vanessa. She hands down was amazing in every way. She was attentive and made sure that she not only served us the best drinks, she added water and ice everytime. It was about 110 degrees daily. The water was necessary. Usually I sit poolside but this time I spent a lot of time in the water to cool down. Drinks in my opinion please do yourself and get the 24-30 oz cup. Its big and definitely worth it. You can’t bring in glass to the pool. Also no outside food like cooked food. I did have a few snacks and that seemed acceptable.

Room Views

So our first night was almost a bust. We were supposed to have the Eiffel Tower view the entire time we are there. The Eiffel Tower means the world to he and I. They messed up and ended up giving us many comps of our casino fees and more for the mistake. The next afternoon we ended up in our proper room and it was everything and more. The Eiffel Tower view is all that you can need. We could see the Eiffel Tower as well as the Bellagio’s water fountain shows daily. When I tell you I woke up or was up for every sunrise. You could see the pool, Eiffel Tower and a large portion of the strip from our room. I could have stayed longer just to see that.

Casino Fees

I am sure that there are casino fees, at every hotel. I believe that the fees are about $53 dollars per adult. It doesn’t matter if you gamble or not. Please do ask for them to bypass it. Have the amount included in your budget.

Food options inside of Paris Las Vegas

There are many options for you to choose from. There is Cafe Americano, Gordon Ramsay, Vanderpump, The Eiffel Tower restaurant and more. If you like to eat you could possibly not leave the hotel and enjoy a great variation of options. I will be doing a blog of the restaurants that we ate at for this weekend. So trust me between spas, laundry facilities, dining, 24 bars, and more there is plenty to do. Paris Las Vegas also has a connecting walkway to Bally’s too. You can access it, the casino, and eateries without walking outside.

Things to Keep in Mind

Since we had two different rooms here are some things you may notice. Some rooms are in need of minor repairs. Nothing too extravagant. Some of the carpets need refreshing or the walls may have a small tear. It in my opinion wasn’t anything that could be a deal breaker at all. I read plenty of reviews regarding it and it wasn’t nearly as others were describing. Both rooms we had were clean. I am a germaphobe I sprayed the room down with disinfectant and wiped things down with Clorox wipes. My wipes weren’t dramatically dirty. So that’s a plus. I wiped the rooms down like I was at home. If you need something, ask. The staff were accommodating.

Checking Out

Be clear that checking out there is a kiosk for that. I will say that the kiosk worked much better for checking out. The only reason we had to see an attendant was because somehow we were charged for wifi. Wifi is free for 2 devices per day. Any other device after that is $14.99 per device per day. They took the charged we somehow got without incident. We were also charged for the casino fees they originally took off too. The attendant took those off as well. It took about less than 2 minutes to correct.

Paris Las Vegas

Our final room, the ice machine was broken in our wing. We had to go to another one. When you enter the floor, there are about 4-5 wings per floor. This hotel and casino is huge.

Paris Las Vegas

Overall our stay was epic. We were well taken care of. Our 10th wedding anniversary was everything and more. So stay tuned for more content from Vegas. I will be covering nightlife, a vow renewal, and of course food, Usher’s residency and more. Vegas owes us nothing. Viva Las Vegas. Also a little mention, it wasn’t my husband’s first time but it was my first time in Vegas. Without gambling, I had an amazing time. My husband does and did gamble and he enjoyed it too.
