I was introduced to Alanda of Cocoamommy through a mutual friend. She holds no bars when she writes. This week she will blog about what it’s really like to divorce. Sometimes we allow reality television to tell us that as women we will divorce and then just like that we walk into court rooms, demand an amount and bam just like that we are fulfilled and walk away untouched. I would love if this was a reality but it’s not.
Here’s a little about Coccoamommy:
I am a full-time working mom raising a teen and 3rd grader. In addition to to being a full-time working mom, I am a lover of coffee, wine, STEM topics (ChemE degree), music, art, theater, fitness, amazing food, adventure, future travel, spontaneity, romance, pampering, generosity, consideration, thoughtfulness, speaking my mind and engaging conversation. A few years ago I discovered blogging and social media as a way to connect with phenomenal people. This inspired the birth of my blog, CocoaMommy. CocoaMommy is a lifestyle blog that chronicles my life as a single mom with two kids, my DIY projects for decor, food, clothing, and fitness. I also chronicle my inspiring and empowering journey after divorce.
