Laduree Los Angeles

My heart continues to go out to the victims lost and injured in the massacre in Uvalde, Texas.

So Los Angeles was good to me. I want to provide a small listing of where you can stay, go to eat, how I got around, the vibes and more. This is a great save post for when you are ready to fly there. Travel is at an all time high especially for flights and hotel. So plan ahead and create a budget.

Where to Eat in Los Angeles?

Breakfast and Lunch-The Original Rinaldi’s

This is located at 6171 W. Century Blvd. They offer breakfast and lunch. So if you like an assortment of coffee and teas, danishes, and breakfast sandwiches. They offer an array of lunch items from sandwiches, rice bowls which is what I had with Beyond Burger meat and more you will love it. Everything is made to order and fresh. The price is not bad at all. My berry smoothie was about $7. That is about average price for a smoothie. The rice bowl was between $10-15 dollars. You can see the recap on Instagram Reels. This location is open during the day and closes around 3pm. However it was perfection as it was super close to the hotel.

Los Angeles food

Kale my Name

If you love vegan food or even curious this is your go to spot. Kale my Name is a restaurant that was opened in Los Angeles with Tabitha Brown. I took my best friend who isn’t vegan and she loved it. The portions were massive and delicious in every way. Talk about hot food?

Kale my Name Wednesday review

You may have to give your food a few seconds. The food is fresh and made to order but didn’t take long to come out at all. I had the barbeque cauliflower wings, brunch pancakes, and sausage. The drinks have amazing names. Actually all of the food have these amazing names in their categories. You will love it. You can catch the review I gave. In addition make sure you have reservations as you will need them. They are open daily from 11am-9pm daily. Kale my Name is located 18000 Ventura Blvd, Encino CA.

Kalaveras Cantina

I found this gem on Instagram. I had been looking at spots before I came. However this one just did that “google” drop on my Instagram. The one where the “big man” knows what you doing and what you want. Nevertheless it was a gem of a place. This is your true Mexican restaurant with flare. If you want good food, welcoming vibes, a full experience, music, and more-look no more. If we would have been in Los Angeles one more day guaranteed I would have gone back. No bars held. Wouldn’t have mattered if they recognized me for the second time. Add this to the top of your list. See my Instagram Reel for the visual recap.

Kalaveras Cantina Los Angeles

Kalaveras Cantina has margarita flights first of all. I could have ended it there. However, those tacos were amazing. I had two and the avocado and Hongos was hands down worth it. They are vegan approved and delicious. The skull has smoke that comes out of it. The vibes were turn up quality and we didn’t want to leave. It is located at 11940 W. Pico Blvd and reservations are highly encouraged.

Ladurée- French LA Cafe

I loved this location. A few years ago, I went to Paris. Ever since I will find a French cafe without hesitation. Ladurèe is a special place to me. The place is beautiful. The pastries are amazing. They have vegan/plant based macarons and they are hands down the best thing I have ever had outside of being in Paris.  The service was everything. They handled us with care.

We were seated in the most beautiful chairs. I enjoyed some amazing wine. I didn’t want to leave. My bestie and I caught up for real for hours and no one gave us an issue. It felt like the best girls time that I definitely needed. Be sure to make reservations.

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf

Inside of our hotel, H Hotel LAX was The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. I have stayed at the H Hotel every time I come. I love it for the ability to be able to drink what I want and have it the way I want. So if you love coffee or tea, you are in for a treat. They have a location inside of the hotel. The first time I went to Los Angeles I couldn’t adjust to the time change. For that, I woke up at 5am and had it delivered to my room. Oh I felt so boogie and happy. This time I slept in and definitely had a dark chocolate coffee blend with almond milk.

Yard House Los Angeles

We have one here near Philadelphia but this one is super big. They have a lot of space and quite a few tables. However I am grateful that the service was outstanding. My bestie and I had walked Rodeo Drive as well as parts of Beverly Hills. We didn’t put a lot of energy of where we wanted to eat. So we saw that and I thought I wanted a beer until I saw their cocktail list.

Yard House Los Angeles

I had the Gardein wings in flavors barbeque and korean bbq. The cocktail I had was so good. I had the Pink Dragon. The smoky along with the sweet was just what I needed. Reservations are not required. The Yard House is located at 800 West Olympic Blvd in Los Angeles.

Now did all I do is eat? No but it definitely was a large part of my days. I hope this helps you in some way to have a visual to add to a list that you may be making. There are so many places to eat in LA but it’s up to you to get your Google on and explore.
