I had a blast and a half at the Media Opening of Lola’s Garden. It was my first event since being fully vaccinated. I believe the feeling of being safer, the amazing food, great service, and flowing beautiful drinks made for one amazing night.

It’s absolutely breathtaking to dine inside or outside at Lola’s Garden. The outdoor seating has the ability to shield you from rain and keep you warm. It gives you the same vibes as if you had suddenly dropped yourself on an amazing vacation spot. Located in Suburban Station in Ardmore, Lola’s Garden is a beautiful oasis of visual greatness! It can seat a little over 240 people.

Let’s Start with Drinks
Every great dining experience starts off with drinks. Lola’s Garden not only has you covered for alcoholic drinks but they have the best mock-tails. There are many times usually for myself, health reasons that having a mock-tail becomes necessary. Lola’s has you covered. The drink (alcoholic cocktails) names like Where’s Samantha?, Rusty Hart, or Sweet Potpourri all make for an amazing time.

Lola’s Cheese Board
We started with a cheese board. It has some amazing local cheeses from goat to Gouda. Also their assortment will vary according to what’s in season. Lola’s Garden has an impressive Small Bites menu so if you’re looking to just have something to share, or have a smaller appetite and want something to accompany your drinks they have you covered.
Salad Please
Who doesn’t love a good salad? I know I love one. So I knew that Lola’s Garden would have us covered. Between the Baby Kale and Apricot and the Mediterranean Grain Bowl, it was absolutely delicious. Full of flavor and super fresh those are two of the best qualities a salad must possess!
Entree Glad It’s Time to Eat
For the media night they served us a medley. We had the Seared Black Bass along with Steak Fritas. Oh and let me be clear I make this claim well, their French fries are hands down the ABSOLUTE best. They are served with wild ramp aioli sauce. Even without the aioli sauce, the French fries are not to be missed. Don’t sleep on the food it’s good.
Yes my husband ate a piece of steak before I could snap the pic
