Holiday Fantasy at The Logan Hotel
One thing about The Logan is their hospitality is unmatched. I attended the media preview and from the door, they were courteous and welcoming. It felt like an extension of family. You can’t always say that about hotel staff. You might have nice staff but none as welcoming as the staff at The Logan. We were taken to the Holiday Lodge and as soon as you opened the door, it was like Christmas had a baby and it resides at The Logan. Done tastefully and beautiful you walk into a Christmas Wonderland. The attention to detail is immaculate.
Family Friendly
Not every hotel is set to fully accommodate children. I have 3 and we always have to overemphasize to them the importance of our stay being temporary and that there are a lot of things they can’t do. Although I probably won’t stop reminding them to be courteous to other people’s things, The Logan have special touches that allow a child in the Holiday Lodge to simply be a kid.
Hot Chocolate or Egg Nog Cart
Nothing says holidays like a holiday drink. You can have a fully ready to go hot chocolate or egg nog cart rolled in with all of the fixings. If you would like a cocktail instead you can also have a cocktail kit or some amazing drinks from Urban Farmer’s. Also don’t forget you can get your egg nog or hot chocolate spiked as well. It’s really all in personal preference.
Mrs. Clause Cookie Co.
You can either enjoy various snacks in your suite or do a cookie decorating class. This hands on experience is a fan favorite without all of the baking. The cookie and treats can com be added to your room and makes for a great way to make memories in your home away from home holiday celebration.
In Room Dining
There is an amazing restaurant that is within close quarters of The Logan called Urban Farmers. You could choose to eat there. You also have the option of having a meal brought to your room for a more private eating time. They have a beautifully decorated table that sits up to 6. So there’s enough room to enjoy your dinner time.
Accommodations in the The Logan Hotel Suite
It’s 1400-sq-ft suite is enough room for friends and family to enjoy. There’s a King size bed, two bathrooms, pool table, a living room, and enough space to add pull in beds etc.
It’s spacious and beautiful to say the least. Also featured is 2 42” HDTVs, Keurig coffee maker, laptop safe, mini chiller, iPhone and Android charging stations, and cozy spa bathrobes and amenities waiting for you.
Letters to Santa
I was able to write a letter to Santa. Yes. They have the letter box for Santa in the room. In addition to that you can send someone a postcard that The Logan will mail for you free of charge. I sent one to my Grandma. I can’t wait for her to receive it.
It features iconic pictures of Philadelphia on them. It’s little touches that set The Logan apart from other hotels. The fact that the team at The Lodge thought of adding a postcard station and Letters is a special touch.
Today is Holiday Magic at The Logan
This is for 10 families to have a Christmas fun of a weekend. Its a full package that includes personal embroidered Santa hats, a personal visit from Santa himself and a photo opportunity, Christmas trees in every room, cookie and ornament decorating, and a hot chocolate bar. Also there is story telling with Mrs. Clause and her Elf and a holiday movie premier with popcorn and holiday treats. Parents, you weren’t left out. There will be wine and seasonal cocktails while the little ones have their fun.
Attention to Detail
The Logan Hotel and their team really did an amazing job taking this suite and making into a Christmas Wonderland. Even the smallest of details to the largest, I was personally impressed. If I wanted to stay somewhere during the holidays and wanted it to be an experience that my children wouldn’t forget, The Lodge would be the place to go.
Thank you to the staff at The Logan. I was impressed. I plan to be back with my own family. The care and details that you put into this media preview as well as making accommodations for all of the guests will not go unnoticed. You have set the bar high on excellence. You know how I feel about self care and wellness. Having somewhere you can go to either do a staycation or travel well in luxury every now and again is a part of living a balanced life.
