Before you Go

The Hasbro Game Room is located at Court A, Level 2. It was surprisingly easy to locate. If you have never been to American Dream just know this mall with over the top excursions has more than enough for you to do. You can’t do it all in a day. So if you’re planning to do The Game Room I would highly suggest that you book ahead especially if you go on the weekend.

One of the games you should book first is the G.I. Joe Battle Station for laser tag. The kids and I went in there a few times and trust me you’re gonna love it. They also have a full restaurant, Game Room Eats which offers an extensive menu selections. There’s a bar, Game Bar, and Candyland Shake Bar.  Also I paid $5 for parking and that is the rate if you are there past an hour. In addition, you can pay for parking with an app, the kiosks located near the exits, so they make it easy for you to really get in and get out without incident.

What to eat while at The Hasbro Game Room

Even with us doing the VIP preview it doesn’t even touch the food options that they have. There are small and large plates, shareable, kids menus and more. The food is good. The options that we had were cooked well, flavorful, and will leave a great impression. This is a great place to bring in a celebration like birthdays and more. I highly recommend you make table reservations ahead of time. This will fill up fast.

The options that we had were the Park Place Burger, wings, pizza, and so much more. They have out of this world selections like mini handheld named My Little Pony and more. It’s an impressive menu for all ages and palates.

Game Bar

This will be the adults favorites. From fishbowl that can be made with or without alcohol will be a crowd pleasure. 50oz of drink is sure to please. They also have a great selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. As always with any alcohol drink responsibly.

Candyland Shake Bar

These larger than life shakes will be a fun way to end a night or start one no judgements. They have 4 flavors and you can order a celebration cake. This is the cake you order again if you’re celebrating a huge accomplishment or birthday. For those who like their shakes a little more calm they have classic shakes too.

Classic Game Play

It’s almost like they took 4 mall stores and combined them into the most epic game room ever. They studied what people want and gave it to them. You can walk in and have all that you need in one location. Food, games, laser tag and more all wrapped together and done well. Get ready to be the biggest kid with games like Hungry Hippo, Connect Four, and more. These games were the games of my childhood. We didn’t need cellphones like our kids use now.

This will be a great way to step away from the electronics and be apart of the game.

G.I. Joe Battle Station

Laser tag just got so much more fun. You are split into teams and of course the fun ensues. My family and I are competitive so I was glad they split me and my son against my daughters. At one point I was ambushed but it was all in good fun. My son and I team won so there’s that. The price is $18. Is it worth it?! Yes.

Overall I have been to a lot of game rooms but none that resemble what Hasbro and American Dream has done. One of the best things about American Dream is that all of the activities are inside. There is something for everyone. There are over 10 attractions, upgraded mall vibes, live shows, and now the rival of all rival game rooms I have seen. Congrats to the whole team and thank American Dream and Hasbro for having my family.
