Happy Friday. It’s the last Friday of the month. We had a busy week this week. A lot of fun was had behind the scenes. As short of a week as this was with Monday being a federal holiday it was super busy. I have a lot going on but I am happy to let you know of some of it. Oh and this week I visited over 8 restaurants so I will give you a highlight on some of them. I am featuring ALL of them on my Instagram.
John Mayer Concert: Last Friday Fun
My husband and I enjoyed the John Mayer Concert at the Wells Fargo. It was a lot of fun. The first concert since the pandemic. I wasn’t nervous at all. We had our masks on which was a requirement. Marques and I sat in the club box and so it was a small crown not more than 10 people. We had amazing food and drinks. We were treated like royalty. John Mayer gave an incredible concert too. His band and background singers were amazing too. So here’s to more outings as the world opens up. We got inspired to book a trip too and we are excited for that husband and wife connection.
Azie Media
The Mainline Today Restaurant week is happening now until March 6th. With that in mind, I have been visiting a few of them to bring you back the deets. Now keep in mind, there are many restaurants to fit every palette. Azie Media is located at 217 Media West State Street, Media, PA 19063. They have an assortment of seafood, sushi and more. Also I must say that they have some of the best vibes. The dining areas are absolutely stunning. One of the things that I enjoyed trying was their crème brulee. It was the absolute best. The specials make lunch $26.95 and dinner is $39.95 for 3 course meals. Also you can see the reel that I did today to highlight them.
DiFabios Market and Tap
I enjoyed them. They have Italian dishes. Their restaurant has a bar as well as a bakery. The bakery treats are so delicious. From cakes to cannoli they have you covered. As a mom I checked out their kids menu and it’s definitely mom and kid approved. One of the highlights that I really enjoyed besides their extensive wine offerings to take home was the coffee and martini bar. It is goals. So there’s a lot to enjoy. DiFabio’s is located at 1243 N. Providence Road, Media, PA 19063.
The Blue Elephant
I went to The Blue Elephant located in Pottstown with one of the besties for our Christmas brunch. The staff was amazing and the food delicious. I wasn’t surprised that they are apart of the Mainline Today Restaurant Week. They have some of the best sushi you can order. The signature drink, The Blue Elephant is one to get as well too. Its beautifully aesthetic and creates the best vibes.
Lola’s Garden
I have gone to Lola’s Garden numerous times. I love the natural lighting. It’s beautiful in there. The food has changed and the menu has a lot for everyone including vegans. They are known for the flights of drinks. It’s the perfect brunch spot especially if you want beautiful pictures. So enjoy the specials during Mainline Restaurant Week for lunch and dinner. You will definitely come back. Lola’s Garden is located at 51 St. Georges Road, Ardmore, PA 19003.
Meatball University
This is for all of meatball lovers whether in a meatball sub or in a pasta dish. These meatballs are huge. They come in many flavor offerings and are delicious. Located at 30 South High Street. West Chester, PA 19382. The owners were some of the nicest people I had ever met. They told their story of how when they were young, they would take their copper pot to a restaurant where they filled it up. We too were invited to bring our pots. These meatball are hand made nothing frozen. The sauces are delicious.
I enjoyed the Impossible ones and one bite and I was hooked. For the Mainline Today special you get 2 meatball sandwiches, (which is also available as Impossible), a buffalo chicken meatball appetizer to share, and 2 desserts. Also they have spaghetti or ziti but you can top the meatballs over mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. Feeling spicy? Get your meal with some Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
