Friday podcast drop

Happy Friday and cheers to the weekend. It’s been a crazy week. Fresh from both a baecation and family vacation has been a whirlwind. Now that we are heading into the weekend, the reality of my responsibilities are catching up with me. So here is how the week has been, getting back into a flow, and more.

Media Events

This has been a nice flow back into media events. For one, just trying to maintain calm has been interesting. I am behind in Content Creating because I accidently left my tripod on the plane on my way to Vegas. So trying to be creative before media events have been uneventful. Yes I ordered a new one with Amazon but it’s the principal. So I have been spending my days catching up on writing before media events while getting the kid out and about and getting ready for one of my Bestie’s wedding. My stress level has increased. I attended two media events out of the 3 I was invited to. The first was the media party to Restaurant Aleksander. I will be doing a blog post on it next week.

The other was a wedding stroll. Yes I am already married but we were able to view a lot of amazing services in the Philadelphia area for brides. It was a lot of vendors involved. The fun was going from venue to venue and enjoying the presentations.  I also will do a blog on it next week to highlight some of the ones I attended. I didn’t see one that I didn’t like to be honest. From glam to attire and even restaurants to hold a reception Philadelphia has you covered.

Friday Blogs You May have Missed

Life has been busy but we are on day 11 of constant blogs. I don’t know how I am doing it but we are here. It comes down to staying focus and as we continue in Quarter 3 I will most definitely need this energy for Quarter 4. So thank you for those who have been supporting the blogs by reading, sharing, etc. thank you.

Conversations with Toi Friday Drop

We have a special treat.  Three gospel vocalists that have been influenced by sounds like Dru Hill, 112, Jagged Edge, Chris Brown & Tank. Come together in this 2022 revival of that classic RnB sound that makes everyone wanna get out their seats and groove! The group put out their first single ‘Whatever I’ve Got to Do’ which came out in May 2022 and most recently their debut single ‘Forever’ which just released in July 2022! Within the first month of going live on Spotify they have managed to surpass the 10k monthly listeners mark on Spotify, completely independently! Their new single ‘Forever’ has since been on the radio multiple times as well! The dynamic trio is currently on tour as ‘William Hart’s New Delfonics’

We talk about the group’s musical influences, their self care, and what they have in store for the future. So catch the episode and let me know what you think.

Friday Self Care

I spent last night preparing so that my today can run a little smoother. I am in the final preparations for my Bestie wedding and we have a lot to accomplish. With that being said I can’t wait to grab a glass of wine, take each moment one at a time, and make sure to make memories today. So no staying up until 3am with content which is how I usually run my Thursday into Friday. If you have no plans this weekend take some time to rest. Do not overdo anything. Find moments this weekend to do what you want. I will be finishing out the Vegas content by next week so I can start the family vacation as well as some local travel for families. August is Family Fun month.

Happy Friday and cheers to the weekend!
