Casual Vibes at Stickman Brews
I’ve been to Stickman Brews before the pandemic with my bestie. We wanted to have a relaxing time, drink beers and catch up. Visited them a few weeks ago and the casual vibes are pure perfection for all. Whether you’re doing a meet up, watching the game, or family time and more can be done at Stickman Brews. You can be seated where you want, and really dive into the best barbecue of your life. The menu has something for all. From vegan dishes, Mac and cheese and even a great menu for kids. As a Mom, I checked and it is definitely kid approved!
Great Vibes start with Great Drinks
I’m hard on cocktails, drinks, and beers since I’m always reviewing them. So when I say that Stickman Brews gets the gold stamp of approval. As a brewery, beer is king. However the way my night was set up, I tried the Saging Alcoholic. It’s made of False Bottom Vodka, fresh squeeze lemonade, and sage simple syrup. It was absolutely hands down amazing. If you get the opportunity along with the beers, try it.
Plain Chicken Nuggets
It’s a pale ale and it’s delicious. One thing about Stickman Brews is they have an extensive beer and cider listing. Over 15 different types and wine( white, red, and rosé) for my fellow wine drinkers. Get a flight or get them as an individual the options are endless. Not sure what you want try a small taste of one that sticks out to you or tell your waiter or waitress what your preferences are and they will guide you.
Let’s Eat at Stickman Brews
The barbecue is giving main energy vibes and there’s a dish for everyone. Vegans too and I love it there! If you’re wondering if the barbecue has good proportions, the answer is absolutely. I love to eat but no way could I finish the food that I got. The same thing happened my first time there too. Darling Nikki and my waitress, Alexa had my food come out all together. It was piping hot and that was after many picture and video capture!
Biscuit of the Day: The Happy Birthday Peggy Bradley
This biscuit is so good. Full of flavor and I had smoked whipped butter and raspberry jam on it-game changer. It’s instantly delicious. If you’re gonna eat bread this is the way to do it! I even placed it in my air fryer the next morning and it was the best breakfast paired with yogurt and granola.
Harvest Chili
There is child of the day and while there it was the Harvest Chili. Made with brisket, ground beef, pinto beans, pumpkin (general merry-meat), butternut squash, and poblano peppers. It’s like a veggie and meat explosion. It’s an amazing taste to it and very hearty. The chili is also served with homemade cornbread bites.
Mushroom Steak for my Vegans
Let’s talk about it. The mushroom steak is full. What I mean by that is that it’s definitely a full eating experience. Made with smoked mushrooms, Wishbone Saison, thyme on a long roll, fried onions (optional) and dairy free queso. I highly recommend it.
Baked Smoky Mac ‘n’ Cheese
Served with the options to add chili of the day, pulled chicken, brisket, or even fried chicken on top. This is a meal all on its own. The portion of it is heavy. For instance my youngest loves Mac ‘n’ cheese she would be in Heaven. Every barbeque I know is accompanied by amazing mac and cheese Stickman Brews does an amazing job with theirs.
Let’s Get Saucy at Stickman Brews
Chef Darling Nikki got her start with her well known sauces. The sauce bottles were illustrated by amazing women. These women are your tattoo artist, metal band, and other male dominated areas that women are making space. Talk about women empowerment. I love seeing other women making sure that other women win. The sauces are incorporated in just about every dish. Each of them bringing out the flavors in the meat to make it that much more tasty. One thing about barbeque, the way its smoked and the sauces that’s made with it go a long way.
All of the Sauces
The sauces range in taste from mild to hot. Sauce names include Smoke the Reaper, The Green Monstah Hot Sauce, Salem’s Mop BBQ Sauce, The Kinky Sweetheart, Fear the Reaper, and Tity Sweat Spicy BBQ Sauce.
So new chef, variety sauces, girl power in tow, as well as comfort food in a great location provides the best experience possible at Stickman Brews.
