Brunch is an event. It always has and it always will be. With that being said, Just this week, White Dog Cafe announced that brunch would be served everyday from 9-3pm daily. This is great for those who want a less crowd during the week. At Louie Louie it was announced that breakfast is now being served from 8-11am. So now that we have more options let’s get into their differences so we can get you up and ready for Brunch life.
Brunch at White Dog
White Dog is one of those visually aesthetic venues that has amazing food. Not just for those who want cute pictures come prepared to eat and eat well. From the Lancaster omelet with goat cheese, bacon, and more served with side potatoes to Kung Pao Cauliflower, White Dog Cafe has everyone’s dining options in mind. White Dog offers a lot of dishes that at each of their locations may vary. However the same welcoming spirit. I had a time trying the new options. Like for instance for my donut lovers, White Dog has some amazing warm donuts that are just too good. Top it with a fresh mocktail or cocktail to make your morning or Brunch time absolutely amazing.
Event or Meeting Spaces at White Dog
With it getting warmer and many offices are looking for unique places to hold meetings or special occasions, consider White Dog Cafe. For instance there are spaces inside that naturally already are off to themselves. Have a meeting or celebration in one of those spaces or even dine outside under a covered tent area. This allows for a meeting full of good food and drink options for every need.
Breakfast at Louie Louie
Come for the French inspiration and leave full. Louie Louie now has breakfast Monday-Friday from 8-11am. The vibes are truly unmatched. You can also add cocktails or what everyone loves, a Mimosa Kit filled with various juices and Prosecco. Start your morning off right. This is an all new offerings and you’re going to want to try them. For instance, the Strawberry Stuffed French Toast is a must. It’s warm, gooey, and full of flavor.
Mimosa Kit and Drinks
You can try the Blackberry soda and other offerings as a mocktail. The beautiful thing about a mocktail is that they are resemble cocktails but without the alcohol. Great for non drinkers to have curated drinks for their photos. Also if have a meeting or place to be you can still show up without the buzzed look. If you love a good cocktail no matter the time of the day, get the Mimosa Kit.
Southern Flare for Brunch or Breakfast
A lot of the breakfast offerings can be found for Brunch. Chef Alvarado brings a little southern flare that mixes with either French techniques or French inspired dishes together and the marriage will last forever. Try some new dishes you haven’t before like Bacon Wrapped Dates.
Banana Pudding Waffles for Brunch
Waffles have been a staple for Brunch since forever. Elevate your waffle experience by having the love of Banana pudding and a waffle fused together. It’s something that sticks out when you read the menu. It’s exactly what you would expect and that is what makes it delicious.
Brunch/Breakfast Options for All
There are some good vegan and vegetarian options. For instance they have tofu that you can add to any dish, Beyond burgers, “egg” salad, and even overnight oats. I have never had overnight oats. Textures matter to me when eating. So when I think overnight oats I think mushy and that’s something I am not okay with eating. I can’t speak for other people’s overnight oats but Louie Louie’s is outstanding. With chia seeds and a little fruit it’s amazing.
So both White Dog Cafe and Louie Louie are options under the Fearless Restaurants umbrella. They are the ones responsible for some amazing eats in Philadelphia. So get up and go Brunch. Louie Louie is beautiful so charge your cameras you are going to want to snap pictures and more.
