SO all these year we years we kept under the guidance that we store all of this fat at night and eating heavy only makes us heavier. Now we have meal prepping and recipes, to give us great high quality carbohydrates that can help us use the food for energy. I definitely plan on making more of the recipes as well as use the book as a reference as the more I dive in the more it becomes abundantly clear to me to stay the course.
I also plan to be more deliberate in what I choose to eat after 7pm of course instead of loading up on carbohydrates in the morning or early afternoon. This eating lighter at night is the main reason I was hungry and not sleeping well. I need all of the sleep to handle my kids who are all under 10! They need me to match their energy levels on a daily basis. From running on my own to keeping up with my son during his soccer practices I will be not be too tired to play with them.
