2025 PHS Flower Show is a must see. Every year they get better. Although this year looked like less vendors it didn’t take away from the nostalgia. This is your sign to get there before it ends on Sunday March 9th. What were my favorite exhibits? Would I recommend to others? What to expect as you go.

What to expect as you prepare for the PHS Flower Show
Save yourself the time and the stress. Get your tickets for the event as well as all extra excursions that you want online. Just being able to be scanned in makes your entry and exit that much easier. Bring your card. I don’t carry cash so I can’t say for sure that they take it. Wear comfortable shoes. There is a lot to see and do. You are going to walk around and see as much as you can.

The last thing you want to do is cut your time short for hurt feet. Lastly you can walk this quickly but on average expect to spend at least 2 hours if not more especially if you are a plant or flower lover.
There is a lot to do:
- Bloom Bar and Cart
- Artisan Row
- Early morning tours
- Morning photography tours
- Potting parties
- Butterflies Live
- Flowers after hours party on Saturday night only extra ticket needed
- Blossom and breath (brand new) Friday night combined yoga and wellness inside of the show
Recommendations
There are a lot of events in Philly where you would feel the need to have a friend or crowd with you. Take a friend if that friend is on the same level of flower like as you. For instance, I have one friend that we could spend an entire day. She would be my ideal person to go with versus a friend who would be ready to go within an hour. This is a great solo activity.

Nothing is better than moving around on your own time and see things as at your own pace. This would make a great first date meet up. It provides an activity, ways to talk and get to know a person and you can decide to have lunch or treats with another. With it being a great first date makes it a great date night too for the same reasons if your person is into flowers.
Spring Renewal and the PHS Flower Show
Flowers and Spring has always been tied to one another. With that in mind from your first walk in you will smell the smell of flowers and spring. For those who love this you will be in euphoria. Trust me. It gets you. The colors are vibrant and so are the themes. So be prepared to be impressed.

This is the largest Flower Show, and it bring in thousands. I would highly suggest getting to the show as early as possible if you want to beat the crowds. Unfortunately, with it closing this weekend that means the crowds will be larger than normal. Pack some patience.

My Favorite Parts of the Flower Show
It will be hands down getting a flower crown. The cost is about $30. Go to the first opening room and go to the Bloom Bar. However, if you want to make your own go to Artisan Row. Either way it doesn’t matter. I enjoyed my premade crown. There is assistance for everyone to make sure it is secure. FYI, I went to the show on Tuesday, and it is still intact and beautiful.

Love Bouquets? Go to the Flower Mama located in the wing of Artisan Row to make your bouquets. I highly suggest you go for the $30 one it is well worth it. There are plenty of opportunities to purchase flowers at the Marketplace as well as patron the businesses. The Flower Show also has their own store, and they have amazing items.
Butterflies Live
Butterfly Live is one of my favorites. I do want to stress as beautiful and majestic as butterflies are some people can’t take the fluttering so close to them. Be honest with yourself. They are flying everywhere and on flowers. Follow the instructions of the staff.

So, with that being said prepare to leave (your choice) with some flowers or plants should you decide to get something. There are plenty of food and drinks available. It is also kid friendly too. There is a Kids Cocoon section with dedicated spot for them to play and learn too.
